No property for categories / subcategories / values to show they are archived #173

When getting /variables or /category for a particular game, there seems to be currently no way to filter out those categories / subcategories / values that have been archived.

Yea agree “archived” flag and “timeDirection” on categories and subcategories is really needed for v1 api for it to be viable for use.
