Add node-speedrun to the list of Implementations #89

As we work towards adding speedrun.com commands to our Discord bot, my team has made a wrapper for the API: node-speedrun. This PR adds it to the list of implementations.

@pedrofracassi Out of curiosity, did you close this PR because it's 3 years old or are the Switchblade people not going to support node-speedrun anymore?
