Update all dependencies, refresh list of ports on USB attach / detach #9

This should be all that is required to bump all dependencies.

I've tested only on macOs Catalina with node 10.x and 14.x.

The only thing that is different from previous builds is that it seems to be no way to hide menu bar and developer tools on mac 🤔. On rest of the platforms I've decided to hide for dev and remove for packaged app
