If a page already existing in the target is updated on the source wiki, get that more recent version #5

Don't just skip it because there's an earlier version that was already copied over.

I may need to do a different API query. As I was mentioning in the chat, I'm at a point now where I pretty much know the API queries I want to run, but I gotta convert them into pywikibot code https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/API:Revisions so what I will do is look at one of these other scripts to try to get some inspiration https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Pywikibot/Scripts CategoryListifyRobot ... that might be it I'll see what I can do
