trades table needs a new column #60

Can't tell if the trade in a position entry or exit. Need a trade_type
column which says open or close to distinguish one from the other

Also needs to have a hid to match buy and sell of the same batch.
And needs to have the qty bough or sold corrected. Sometimes it's right, 
sometimes
it's not.
