There should be a filter that exludes songs with certain tags #69

The inverse of the main tags filter, which shows only songs that contain all the selected tags. This should exclude songs that contain any of the selected tags, because I think this would help in tagging the remaining ones.

I couldn't figure how to get this wto work in SQL, so I manually filter the song rows - implemented in commit 4ddeb01cb5ab19e2194d63d30b1040403f1b5bcf
