I am resuming work on this, I am very sorry for the delays.

I was exploring the possibility to create a custom file storing the information that we need, and packaging it, so it can be leveraged later.

But still the problem is the same, it is not only that the conaninfo.txt will not contain enough information, it is that if we only store 1 package_id for a header-only library, it cannot contain all the different configurations information if we want to track down to the package_id.

Probably it is worth discussing again and seeing where we are.
