Description Loss of completed data in the registration form when returning from the "User Agreement" window

Steps to reproduce

1. Open link https://spells.hedgi.ru/
2. Click "Create account"
3. Fill in all fields with valid data
4. Click link "User Agreement"
5. Click the button "Back"

Expected result

1. Link is opened
2. Registration form is opened
3. Fields are filled in
4. User Agreement is opened
5. Registration form with previous data filled is shown

Actual result

1. Link is opened
2. Registration form is opened
3. Fields are filled in
4. User Agreement is opened
5. Starting window is opened

Please consider with PM if it's a bug or not because I haven't found anything about it in requirements.
