The laser detections are not correctly merged and tracked #103

Hi, I'm using your system with the PCL detector and DR-SPAAM detector. The PCL detetions are correctly tracked as I expect. The laser detection instead are not tracked. Moreover I get a sequence of warnings when using laser detector like this:

[ WARN] [1631088357.955694904]: Jump back in time detected. Deleting all existing tracks. Old time was 1631088619.993, new time is 1631088619.864 (dt=-0.129 sec)!
