Hi,

I couldn't make and install the ros-melodic-spencer-leg-detector-wrapper package.

catkin_make install Error :

CMake Error at spencer_people_tracking/detection/laser_detectors/spencer_leg_detector_wrapper/cmake_install.cmake:54 (file):
  file INSTALL cannot make directory "/launch": Permission denied.
