Arduino Port not found

Getting issues when running python3 import_data_py3.py and making a selection (1), Record data on to the computer. After getting "Selected operation:1 Available serial ports:

Nothing is showing up for the ports. When I run lsusb in Linux (Ubuntu 22.04), getting the QinHeng Electronics HC340 serial converter showing up on Bus 001 Device 018 and ID number.

What am I doing wrong, I though Linux, doesn't require the Arduino drivers or did I miss a step installing software?

Disregard, issue was with my Ubuntu 22.04 PC, hardware maybe? Switched to Windows 10
