Targets:

- Time to Interactive (TTI) < 5sec
- Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) < 2.5sec
- Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS) 0.1
- Time to First Byte (TTFB) < 200ms
- Overall Page Size < 2mb
- Google Lighthouse >= 90
