Building out the chat features for frontend/backend.

Trello Ticket: #65

[ ] Saving the chat records to the database
- Save message to chat room with socket.on("message")
[ ] Create api/chats/history endpoint
[ ] Render chat history in frontend when joining chat
[ ] Delete chat functionality
[ ] Render chat info on frontend after join (user profile)
