Building out the chat features for frontend/backend.

[x] Saving the chat records to the database
- Save message to chat room with socket.on("message")
[x] Create api/chats/history endpoint
[x] Render chat history in frontend when joining chat
[x] Delete chat functionality
[x] Render chat info on frontend after join (user profile)
