Improve Wikipedia URL parsing #11

Allows us to pass a complete Wikipedia URL from different international Wikipedia site into the method and get the correct Freebase keys for the right namespace. This makes grabbing Freebase keys from Wikipedia (HTML) much easier! :smile:
