i18n support for getCategoryPages() recursion #576

tried to use getCategoryPages function in the category plugin. The recursive: true option works for Wikipedia in English but not for Wikipedia in French. See https://observablehq.com/d/9bf92e81eef871c0

fixed in wtf-plugin-api@2.0.1
