In UG, editing a contact feature did not mention about duplicates

Document did not mention that users are not allow to edit names of existing contact that could potentially cause duplicates.For example, if the name "Sherry Lim" exists in contact, user cannot change the name of another contact to "Sherry Lim"

We don't include every exception in UG that would show in app message panel which will guide user on that behavior -- e.g. name is unique.
Alternatively, you could create "Sherry Lim (Vendor)", "Sherry Lim (Sister)" to distinguish.

Users should be able to add contacts with the same name in the scenario where common names are being added. For example, common name like John Lim could be added as different contacts
