me.dir() returns wrong directory on command line for C:/ style file paths

Actually this appears to be the case for any absolute path used as an input argument.

Fixed in 3103a1be5bc3cc845d98e9e3989115fa0fdcc6fd and 1b5e5925cb589826549986c290bbd7d7bf2560e7
