Update to latest bower specifications and show how to configure AMD loader

• Rename component.json to bower.json.
• Only include the module in "main" until the specification is finalized.
• Add instructions in the README to show how to configure an AMD loader.
• Ignore files that bower users don't want (Makefile, etc.).
• Bump version.

Cool. Can you tag 1.0.1 so bower recognizes the new version? I think you can do that with using the github "Releases" UI. Thanks!

Added 1.0.1 release. Looks like it is pulling the latest from bower now.
