0.5 reports as 0.4 on PyPI and other housekeeping #20

These probably aren't a big deal, just some things I noticed.

I'm not sure what precisely is the cause, buy PyPI lists 0.4.0 as the latest version. I'm also not sure this has any practical effect. 0.5 is also not tagged here, and a classifier could be added to the setup.py for Python 3.
