category for entire scraper? #42

Some, if not most, campaigns focus on a particular product category.

Would be nice to be able to specify that all companies/brands covered by a campaign are in a particular category. Probably by adding an entry to the category table that has no brand or company.

It's too easy to create blank company/brand names by accident. If we're going to do this, we should use * or something like that.
