Categories like "Restaurant" and "Pet" should really be called "Restaurants" and "Pets".

We probably just want to solve this with custom corrections, though auto-detection would be nice too.

Fixed with custom corrections. This is neither a widespread issue nor easy to fix programmatically (categories such as "Soda" and "Health" are correct but don't end in "s").
