Similar model for Subcamp leaders where the user with the role 'Staff Leader' can only view the participants with the role within their team.
Example: Staff Team leader for Entertainment can only view participants where the type is 'Staff' and the Staff Role equals Entertainment.
This gives the staff role leaders the ability to access the participant data they are entilted to view and nothing more.
