Hi Ignacio,
Glad you could make use of it! Also thanks for catching that. I have been developing an interactive and more data driven version of HivePlotter then described in the wiki. I'll let you know when that's ready (probably in the next coupe of months).
That aside, I would like to collect different user cases to add to the wiki. Would you be willing to share your networks and patterns and help create a hive panel builder community?
Best,
Sarah
Well, I just used it with the default data, I didn't use any of my own. If I ever use it with other data, I'll tell you to see if it can help with the user cases. Also, that more interactive chart seems promising, d3 gives you the ability to interact with the carts intensively.
Do let me know!
Stay tuned for an update on what I mean byt more interactive and data-driven ;)

Hi there,
Very cool project! A powerful mixture between Python data analysis and the great library d3. I tried it and I just found a little issue when finding the default data. You can pick it manually but it is not as fast, I guess something went moved and the path broke. Aside from that, the hive chart was generated correctly. Hope it helps.
