Owner mood status

Closes #13. Resolves #67. Fixes #92.

Changelog:

• Implemented owner mood status (#13):
  1. Current status are [despierto, animado, eufórico, crispado, amodorrado, dormido], as described in requirements (added status despierto to not start being animado).
  2. As suggested by requiremente, status changes sequentially according to the amount of beer consumed. Doing different actions in each mood status was not implemented, as it is unneeded complexity. Only the restriction not to do chores while sleeping was imposed.
  3. The amount of beer consumed is measured in sips; the rotation occurs when the number of sips is equal to a fixed threshold.
  4. The sleep (nap) time is random in a defined interval (10min - 2h; by default).
• Renamed postit agent to assistant (#67).
• Massive simplification of assistant agent, ony one plan is required: !remember(Belief)
• Pension reception is now persistent (#92).

Bugfixes:

• Money removal from balance on pay was not performed.

Notice:

• While sleeping, robot may interrupt owner to request money, in that case, owner gives him the money not beeing even awake.
