Add Powersuits #67

Powersuits could be the endgame peak of RnD's weaponry requiring support from several of research's utilities (eg; Nanite support for interfacing with the suit's biological funtions) the main characteristic of Powersuits could be modularity (similar to nu-/tg/ MODsuits) and the ability to turn one hand into a cannon for the use of embedded weapons (similar to a cyborg's kit) The actual wearing of the suit could be either forming part of the user itself for extra "un-steal-ablity" (if you can support the extra travels to medbay from suit damage) or could the use of a transformation device Kamen Rider style for extra weebness.
