Empty project. #17

An empty project that can be modified on the feature branches.

I don't think this can be merged in its current state, there are a lot of files which should only remain in your personal working directory, and quite a few absolute paths. Have a look at the gitignore commit that's just been merged, if you pull that it should remove the unnecessary project files.

I've changed some things, check it out and let me know what you think.

The test project has three NuGet packages currently: Expecto, Expecto.BenchmarkDotNet and Expecto.FsCheck
