[Feature] Favorite servers in Network section [700k sat] #6402

Selecting preferred servers is the easiest way not to end up connecting to chainalisys servers.

Since every server can go down from time to time it'd be great if we could build a custom list of preferred servers to connect to exclusively.

Electrum's biggest problem is it's privacy. Would seems like a no brainer not to let it connect to completely random servers but have more than 1 (no fallback)

700k sats for that feature.

Current problem is there's no way to select even a single fallback server.

Sometime my own node is unreachable and the app then need manual entry of a different server to keep working. I'd like to fallback to another one of my Stared/favorite server.

Privacy and reliability aside, we rely on position from tip in mempool to accept zero conf. and I've stumble on many servers that might as well be pushing random numbers. (electrs based server have that wrong most of the time) It would be great to be able to blacklist them if we can't select a favorite fews.
