not sure how I can reproduce.
I could add a popup if the txid is not found, but I rather understand the root cause..

@accumulator notice how both reports are for imported wallets. To reproduce, create an imported wallet, and delete an address/key from it. This should trigger a refresh of the history list but it does not. So if there was any tx that got removed from the backend because it became unrelated to the wallet, then click that, and then QETxDetails will error because it won't find it.

I just received another crash report related to this issue. The crash occured on Electrum 4.5.1. I'm not sure which versions of Electrum include the fix but this is the first report from anything newer than 4.5.0b1 since you closed the issue.
Could you please check if this issue really is resolved? Here is the traceback that I just collected:

This last crash seems to have a different origin, not by stale history in UI, but by a partially signed/unsigned local transaction.
