RRG trace add lexical items #12

Add lexical items and, if possible, indices of the items in the text to the trace that is produced as part of the RRG parse results. E.g. instead of

SUBST::rp_86 do SUBST::rp_86::Adam::1

when Adam is the first word in the sentence

Almost done, only the lexical items (and sometimes the trees) at internal wrapping are not correctly displayed.
