Anchoring for RRG #3

Let the RRG parser handle lemma and morph lexica separated from the syntactic trees. Keep in mind for later: The grammar might be a mix of lexicalized/anchored/unanchored trees.

BETA version is done, now improve:

create tests in flower_backshop
refactor: ParsingInterface, assignment of RRGParser.treesInvolvedInParsing, interplay of anchored and unanchored trees in the RRG class
proper logging in the TreeSelector
two cat labels in some anchor nodes?
possibility of partly anchored/partly hardcoded lexicon?
