Prefill known Filter options (location, signature)

So let's say there are 3 available locations in this Source. It would be great to have a list selection of those available in the Filter, rather than freeform. The same for Signatures.

Ok, so I completely rewritten the filtering stuff.

• We have big Filters card with appropriate filters
• Fields that have known possible values now have dropdown in which you can pick what you want
• The input fields are being filled with taggified values
• Filter method then looks for any column that has either of those values ( OR search)

What needs work?

• hx-trigger doesn't get triggered when tags lands into the input field
• we should somehow disable keyboard opening on phone

Actually, we gonna keep the keyboard enabled, the hx-trigger, we can solve later, but it's just a nuissance. Otherwise, this works well, so closing.
