Customizing default values #18

How do you go about customizing the default values?

I looked into php.vim and tried adding this to my .vimrc.local with no luck

let g:pdv_cfg_Author = "jdewit"

nevermind.

Just learning about ftplugin and see that I have to override these variables in ~/.vim/after/ftplugin/php.vim
