Convert rem's to em's in breakpoints to fix layout jerking issue in e.g. iPad and when resizing viewport.
Visible in e.g. http://npf.io/2014/08/hugo-is-awesome/ (try resizing the window in Chrome/Safari or scrolling in iPad). Not visible in Jekyll Hyde theme http://hyde.getpoole.com.
