It would be nice to have some documentation or tutorial that explains how to install and configure the server (install mongodb, configure kaiju to use that mongodb instance and configure it). For now there's only some brief information on how to configure the javascript client.

Would also love some more documentation. Trying to set this up with ubuntu on EC2. Have all of the dependencies installed as well as mongo, and the make worked. Not sure how to proceed from there. Would love any assistance!
