I have the same issue, how do I install spf into a specified directory on Linux, so I can avoid conflict with the previous vim configuration. I just want to juse spf13-vim as my C++ development environment, I still want to use my default vim configuration to deal with other edit tasks. I tried modifying the path relevant configuration in .vimrc.before.vimrc.bundle.vimrc, but it doesn't work. Can you patch a shellscript to help to install spf13-vim to specified directory? Thanks!
Is there a way to change the install directory on windows from Home to something else?
