Groundhog should be able to hit the GitHub API 300 times per hour when the user is authenticated. Irineu (@imlm) has reported us that this is not happening, and that this capacity is currently reduced by 1/10.

This should be fixed quickly enabling everyone to use Groundhog better.

Who's working on this currently? Wouldn't it be 3000 hits/hour?
