no support for overlay widgets #6

I'm not sure if oui implements layered drawing!

A quick blendish test reveals it isn't. The order of widget is determined by the draw order. Oui should queue the drawing of overlay widgets until end. Haven't seen anything like this is oui.

A research into oui also does not hint to any such feature. Emailed the original author
