Desktop can have scroll bars on it #203

It probably shouldn't be scrollable?

if removed the visibility of scrolls, but I can't remove scrolls because then I have a conflict in all the calculations to everything (all panels need to have the same reference system, if not then I need to be checking if it is the desktop or a normal panel, a mess). Hope this is enough.
