Action:
On a panel choose the upper right properties button. Dialog appears. Then click close. Try to click anywhere on the panel
Expected action:
Nothing really - focus should be on the panel. The highlight on the properties button should be removed - i.e. it should not be activated anymore.
Action Result:
You'll notice that the properties button remains highlighted. Clicking anywhere on the panel activates & shows the Dialog again meaning you cannot interact with anything on the panel until you restart desktopfolder.
