Locked Panel moves to left on every restart (elementary OS 5.0 Juno) #266

Description

For some reason locked panel moves automatically from right to left on every system restart.

Hi @subbame. First sorry for the long delay until dealing with this issue. The problem is I can't reproduce it. I tried long time ago and I forgot it. I tried to reproduce again it, but it is impossible: the panel at the right (locked) is fine after restarts in my case. Maybe there is something different. i.e., are you executing EOS in a virtual machine?
