Hello. My panels and desktop folders disappear when i reboot or turn on PC. It's fixing I click mouse right click and select "Hide Desktop" and again click right click then select "Show Desktop".
I'm using Elementary OS Juno.
Edit: When i hide desktop and reboot, my desktop is visible. So, hide and show working wrong. It must be the opposite.
