Restrict panels to workspaces #298

Is there a way to have individual panels restricted to workspaces in Gnome?

Hi @Lampwick, sorry, I think it is not possible. I've been working these days in a problem related to workspaces (issue 295). Maybe you didn't experience this problem due it seems to be a problem of Gala, could you confirm if it happens or not in Gnome?

Regarding your issue, I have never thought about that possibility, it could be interesting to attach a panel to a certain workspace, and not too much difficult to implement I guess. I will keep this issue here as an enhancement for the future.

Thanks if you were able to add the ability later it would be great.

I'm not sure how issue 295 relates to workspaces, maybe I'm missing something.

No as far as I can tell I don't have that issue on Gnome.
