Does not follow « localized » desktop folder ! #320

Hi,

Ubuntu Budgie 20.04 here and desktopfolder v1.1.3

It seems desktopfolder expects a folder named « Desktop » and creates it if it does not exist.

That's confusing in any other language than english… it should follow the XDG_DESKTOP_DIR="$HOME/Bureau" ( french here ) instead of hardcoded ~/Desktop name.
