jetty work folder #60

the jetty work folder name is too much long

finally, i got it!. (i needed to define a jetty-webapp-context.xml file at the messic webapp bundle (import also in that bundle the org.eclipse.jetty.webapp package) and configure the temp directory. Like this:

I suppose, now is not necessary to remain the setting of the java.io.tmpdir, but i will let it.

only need to be tested.... tomorrow.
