Adds tests from #126.
Code cleanup.
Uses KnLessThan() instead of
<
in traversal phase.
Replace std::infinity with std::max to ensure KnEqual() does not determine it is as equal. This is less expensive than checking for
std::isinf(a) || std::isinf(b)
.
Remove
