enter on android doesn't submit in basic quiz #12

Possible fix on prod was to change keyPress to keyDown, or maybe the other way around. Google doesn't think this is a bug in Chrome on Android and refuses to fix.

Waiting on Randi to test.

Randi has verified this is fixed. Leaving open to verify the v2 fix was ported to v3
