See the closetSweep function before request in cardbox service, which has a placeholder for now.

Placeholder prefs include

Eventually stored in keycloak and provided to services as part of the JWT

This probably blocks #44

This will include Manage -> Settings screen on the front end and the back end storage / retrieval for the values there.
