sphinx.util.compat was removed from Sphinx 1.7

Fixes #1 and Gallopsled/pwntools#1113

@dahlia would you please cut a new release to PyPI when you have the time? Our docs builds for Pyramid are failing on Travis CI, and we prefer not to pin to Sphinx 1.6.x so we can get the latest version on RTD whenever they bump it. Thank you!
