Update python version used on Travis CI #20

I guess they should be fine, if latest versions added feature for 2.6 explicitly (I saw that in the changelog). Newer versions can be added, though.

I wonder whether all these are needed in the first place. There is no such verbose enumeration here (which is, as I believe, a reference source): https://packaging.python.org/tutorials/packaging-projects/#creating-setup-py IMHO it should be enough to just state "Python 3 is ok and Python 2 is fine, too".
